A fun beach themed vacation get-a-way! This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath town home near the Aquatic Center (also known as Tennis Pool #4) and Great Pine Lake features all the comforts of home, including a spacious second floor landing, well-equipped eat-in kitchen, three-season sun porch, private sundeck, and more. Owners continue to make small improvements every year, featuring cheerful and fun colors throughout. The tile floors on the first floor make the sand easy clean and carpet on the second floor offers a comfortable and quiet bedrooms. This town home is well-equipped and beautifully maintained. All new bedding was added for 2022 plus some new front porch furniture was added. In 2024 the owner updated the living room furniture and replaced all the major appliances.
