Sea Colony s half mile long private beach and all of Sea Colony s amenities including 12 pools, fitness center, and outdoor aquatic center throughout the complex are close by using the tennis center s tram stop for all lines (runs seasonally).There is a mandatory $50 per person Sea Colony recreation fee which needs to be paid at the resort.
