This charming, welcoming cape cod style home is one block from the ocean. 201 Cedarwood Court is beautifully decorated, spacious and open. It is particularly comfortable for families with children, because the fourth bedroom is attached to the master bedroom. One walks through the master bedroom (with a king bed) to access this bedroom, which has twin beds. Read bedtime stories to a youngster in the rocking chair, or find quiet time for yourself in the additional rocking chair in the first floor breezeway. There is a small balcony off the second floor, where one can chat with friends or read undisturbed and a deck across the back yard, with a picnic table and charcoal grill. If one decides to eat inside, there is a large dining room table, perfect for conversation. The house has off street parking for up to 4 cars.

In addition to 4 bedrooms, a den and 2 1/2 bathrooms, this beach house contains the following amenities: a dishwasher, microwave, charcoal BBQ, 3 TV's, 2 DVD's, washer, dryer, outside shower, heating and cooling, and a library filled with marvelous books. Saturday check-in.
