Marsha is from the Bethany Beach area and graduated with honors from Indian River High School and from the University of Delaware.  Marsha was an executive with MBNA America and spent 15 years working in a variety of management positions including Marketing, Sales, Credit, Personnel, Education and Customer Assistance. During her tenure, she maintained a strong focus on people, customer service and new product development.
