Classic Windjammer cottage, 4 BR, 2 BA, with an ample yard on a quiet cul de sac, conveniently located between the two Bethany West pools and tennis courts. The living area, dining area, and kitchen are in the center of the home, with two bedrooms and a bath in each wing. On one side, a bedroom with a king bed and another bedroom with three twin beds share a bath. On the other side, a bedroom with a queen bed and a twin, and another bedroom with two twin beds share a bath. In total, the house has beds for 10 (12 including the queen sofa bed in the living room). Ceiling fans in every bedroom and the living room add a breezy touch, and the new high-efficiency air conditioner keeps everyone comfortably cool. Skylights in the living room and the kitchen provide lots of natural light, making for a bright interior. The kitchen is well appointed and there is a full-size washer and dryer.
