The living area, dining area, and kitchen are in the center of the home, with two bedrooms and a bath in each wing. On one side, a bedroom with a king bed and another bedroom with three twin beds share a bath. On the other side, a bedroom with a queen bed and a twin, and another bedroom with two twin beds share a bath. In total, the house has beds for 10 (12 including the queen sofa bed in the living room). Ceiling fans in every bedroom and the living room add a breezy touch, and the new high-efficiency air conditioner keeps everyone comfortably cool. Skylights in the living room and the kitchen provide lots of natural light, making for a bright interior. The kitchen is well appointed and there is a full-size washer and dryer.
