This resort features even more to challenge the mind, body and spirit, including a performing arts stage featuring performances throughout the summer, shoreline nature trail, freshwater fishing ponds stocked yearly, community pier and the Sun Ridge Tennis & Recreation Center, with its outdoor pools, tennis courts, exercise facilities, 20-person hot tub Kids Splash Zone, volleyball courts, picnic and playground area as well as spend the day crabbing for free, kayaking, and paddle boarding. A beach shuttle is available during the summer season.

Rent the top three floors of "Shiphouse," an award -winning modernist house in the ocean block of Fenwick Island with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The house is very well located, just a half-block to the beach and close walking distance to Fenwick Island's restaurants and entertainment. You'll never have to move your car. The house has all the amenities: Central A/C, W/D, dishwasher, internet, 3 TV's with Xfinity, 2 balconies, and ample parking on the property. There is a rear entry apartment on the first level that is separately and occasionally occupied. As with all of our properties no smoking and no pets. Off season Rate - Jan 1-May 12 and Sept 25-Dec 31 = $65 Summer Season Rate – May 13 – Sept 24 = $95 • A Resort Guest is a rental guest or guest of a member who is not on property to obtain a Guest Member pass • Children 4 and under accompanied by an adult with a valid pass will be admitted to amenities at no charge. • All charges for pre-registration Resort Passes will be charged to the Primary Member's account. • There will be no refunds issued for unused, lost, or stolen passes. • Requests for Resort Passes must be submitted no later than 7 days prior to the guests' arrival.
