Bright and updated 3 bedroom 3 full bath unit with a great 4th area den which is suitable for a fourth sleeping area with a quality convertible sleep sofa. This is not your typical pull out; it is a comfortable sleeper. Well appointed and well kept living areas with a wonderful screen porch and small deck area. This unit offers all of the charm and amenities of Bethany Beach and the Sea Colony resort. Full access to the pools, tennis and fitness centers are available for an additional fee paid at the resort of $55 per guest. The units bedding is comprised of 1 queen, 1 double, 2 twins and a queen sized convertible sleep sofa. Shuttle service to and from the beach available as part of the resort amenity fee.
