One of the original Bethany homes built in1934 has been renovated inside and out. Every effort has been made to maintain the character while bringing the modern amenities and casual beach vacation style to life. On the 1st floor above the garage, there is a screen porch with a cedar shingle accent, a comfortable TV room, a laundry room with an extra refrigerator and coffee station, two bedrooms one with a queen and one with 2 twins and a new bathroom. The 2nd floor has a great room with big ocean views and a new kitchen and two bedrooms, both with full size beds and a new bathroom. The third floor has the 5th bedroom with a queen size bed and a new bathroom. It has a large porch with amazing views. There is also a wet bar and a half bath.
