The house is just 1.5 blocks from the beach, and there is a large yard with lots of space to play. The house has 4 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths. The bedroom on the 1st floor has a bunkbed but can only use the bottom bunk. 2nd floor has 1 bedroom with 2 twins and a double Another room has 1 queen and 1 twin and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twins. The full bath is upstairs with the 3 bedrooms and it only has a shower, no tub. There are A/C units in each bedroom. The floors and all of the woodwork are the original hardwood with area rugs. There are 1 queen, 1 double, and 5 single beds. It sleeps 9 people. Parking for 5 cars.
