Private patio to enjoy afternoon drinks and also a charcoal grill to use for your family. The property does provide plenty of beach chairs and 2 quality beach umbrellas. The back yard is fenced in so the little ones can play without any worry. Great location with nice ocean views from 2 of the top decks. Easy walk to the downtown area and boardwalk and just steps to the beach.
