The best in resort living, located in the premier gated community of Watermark in North Bethany, and is only 1.5 miles to downtown Bethany Beach. This remarkable home is fully furnished and meticulously cared for, offers 4 spacious bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and has an abundance of indoor/outdoor space for family gatherings or entertainment. Beds consist of 2 queen beds, 1 single bunk set and 1 full bunk set, each located in each of the 4 rooms. Enjoy the expansive dining/kitchen area with a gorgeous kitchen island and high-top seating. Step onto the outdoor deck through the stunning double sliding doors, where you can also make your way to the upper-level deck and enjoy endless sun. Downstairs you will find a single bedroom with a full bath, along with a half bath just around the corner from the kitchen. The living area offers natural light from every angle, with a second set of double sliding doors, large windows, and plenty of seating with room to spare. Upstairs features two additional bedrooms with a connecting bathroom, and a substantial primary suite which overlooks the top deck, and offers a large ensuite bath with walk-in shower, and double vanity. On the ground level you will find a substantially sized 2 car garage with plenty of space for beach supplies and bikes, along with an outdoor shower. The community of Watermark offers a private dock with kayak launch, fitness center, and a community pool. NO PETS
