Full size garage for all your storage needs; screened in porch. Full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, new AC unit and fridge. Biking /walking trails. Two parking passes included. This smoke and pet free property ensures a clean and comfortable space for all guests. $45 per person rec fee is required to access multiple pools, splash pad, gym, indoor pool, free shuttle to the private guarded beach, tennis, pickleball, putting green, outdoor grills, and more. Activities on the beach at night, steps to full size pool with kiddie splash pad and food trucks.
