Rent the top three floors of "Shiphouse," an award -winning modernist house in the ocean block of Fenwick Island with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. In addition, there is an outside shower and powder room convenient for kids on the beach. The house is very well located, just a half-block to the beach and close walking distance to Fenwick Island's restaurants and entertainment. You'll never have to move your car. The house has all the amenities: Central A/C, W/D, dishwasher, internet, 3 TV's with Xfinity, 2 balconies, and ample parking on the property. There is a rear entry apartment on the first level that is separately and occasionally occupied. As with all of our properties no smoking and no pets.
