The living area, dining area, and kitchen are in the center of the home, with two bedrooms and a bath in each wing. On one side, a bedroom with a king bed and another bedroom with three twin beds share a bath. On the other side, a bedroom with a queen bed and a twin, and another bedroom with two twin beds share a bath. In total, the house has beds for 10 (12 including the queen sofa bed in the living room). Ceiling fans in every bedroom and the living room add a breezy touch, and the new high-efficiency air conditioner keeps everyone comfortably cool. Skylights in the living room and the kitchen provide lots of natural light, making for a bright interior. The kitchen is well appointed and there is a full-size washer and dryer. A new 1 ½ story beach home is located in Bethany West Community in Bethany Beach Delaware about 2 ½ hour drive from Baltimore Maryland. The home built in 2012 is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and has a spacious great room, kitchen, dining room, two master bedrooms [one on the 1st floor and one on the 2nd floor], and four other bed rooms, and play areas. There is a laundry, large screen porch, front porch, deck, outdoor shower, gas grill, and garage. There are two televisions and DVD players with satellite TV, wireless internet, and large back yard. There is parking for five cars. The Bethany Beach bus which stops three blocks away provides inexpensive rides to and from the beach. There are four tennis courts, a large pool, exercise room, game room also three blocks away. There are additional four tennis courts and a second pool also nearby in Bethany West. The home will be available for rent beginning 15 June ending 31 August. The home can accommodate up to 12 people [no pets though]. This is a non-smoking home. The rental week begins Saturday at 3 PM and ends the following Saturday at 10 AM.
